Where they were before us
Shropshire Landscapes had everything a client could want: skilled craftsmen, beautiful portfolio work, and a reputation built over years. The problem was that almost no one outside their existing network knew they existed. Michael relied entirely on word of mouth and the occasional Checkatrade enquiry. In the quieter winter and early spring months, the pipeline would dry up and the team sat underused. There was no website worth speaking of, no social media presence, and no mechanism for consistently reaching the kind of homeowners who invest £8,000–£25,000 in a garden transformation. Michael knew the work would sell itself. He just needed a way to get in front of the right people at the right time.

What we built for them
We started by building a website that actually did the portfolio justice: clean, fast, and designed to turn visitors into enquiries. From there we launched a targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaign aimed at homeowners aged 35–65 in Shropshire and the surrounding counties, filtered by property type and household income indicators. The single biggest lever we introduced was 3D garden visualisations: before a customer commits to a landscaping project, we create a photo-realistic render of what their garden will look like after the transformation. This removed the biggest blocker in the sales process: uncertainty. Homeowners could see exactly what they were buying before they signed anything. The impact on the enquiry-to-quote conversion rate was immediate and significant. Leads came in warm, already sold on the outcome, and the closing rate on quote visits jumped considerably.
