Where they were before us
Luxury Landscapes offered premium garden design and landscaping services, the kind of work that commands serious investment from homeowners who care about quality. Several things were easy wins that we fixed immediately without being asked: profile optimisations, post consistency, and a number of small trust signals that were either missing or underdeveloped. On the advertising side, we built a Facebook and Instagram campaign designed to reach homeowners who were genuinely in the market for high-quality landscaping work, not budget-conscious browsers, but people ready to invest in something they'd be proud of. The ad creative was carefully produced to communicate the premium positioning of the business. The lead generation flow was set up to capture enquiries quickly and feed them through to John in a format that made it easy to follow up and convert. We also set up a structured way of handling the initial enquiry conversation, with language and framing that helped position the business correctly from the first message, making it easier to close the right jobs at the right price.
